Pádraig Ó Loingsigh stars in Báite, an Irish language feature film set for release in 2025.
Set in a rural Irish speaking village during the golden summer of 1975, this murder mystery and family drama is based on Sheena Lambert’s book The Lake. Pádraig stars as Coleman Devitt alongside Eleanor O’Brien, Moe Dunford, Oisín Mistéil, Fionnuala Gygax, Mark MacGearailt and Denis Conway.
Báite is being produced under the Cine 4 scheme, which has previously produced Oscar nominated work.
