Jem Wall appears in Steve McQueen’s upcoming WWII feature film Blitz.
The upcoming historical drama film stars Saoirse Ronan and marks the film debut of musician Paul Weller, and will premiere at the BFI London Film Festival in October 2024, before being released in cinemas and then available for streaming on Apple TV+.
Blitz follows Rita, the mother of nine-year-old George (Elliott Heffernan), who sends him to safety in the countryside, but the evacuee is determined to return and travels home solo, while his distraught relatives search for him in the city.
