Shona is an esteemed movement director, choreographer and actress. She has just spent many years as the head of movement at RADA and Rose Bruford, as well as head of the acting course at Drama Centre London.
As movement director and choreographer, her credits include King Lear (The Globe), Swine and Early Morning (National Theatre Studio), I Capture The Castle, An English Tragedy, and As You Like It (Watford Palace Theatre), Twelfth Night, and Nicholas Nickleby (Chichester Festival Theatre), The Snow Queen (The Old Vic), and Hamlet (Greenwich Theatre) amongst many others.
Her credits as an actress include The Tempest, Yerma, The Mother, School for Wives, and The Critique of The School for Wives (National Theatre), Chicken Soup With Barley (Nottingham Playhouse), Three Sisters by Diane Samuels (National Theatre Studio), Jane Eyre (Sheffield Crucible Theatre), The Dispute (Sheffield Crucible Theatre), The Nest and Trumpets and Raspberries (York Theatre Royal), The Taming of The Shrew and A Better Day (Theatre Royal Stratford East).
Screen credits include The Buddha of Suburbia (BBC), Early Travellers in North America (BBC), Woman and Madness (Channel 4), and Doctors (BBC).
Shona is also a published author, her book Physicality and Acting was published earlier this year.
